Run 4.167 miles every hour on the hour until only one person remains who can complete 1 "Yard" (loop) in the 1 hour time limit. 

Run at Redbridge Cycle Centre in London on a hard surface cycling track with full facilities indoors for rest between loops, toilets, changing and ample parking.
